I have a vintage rubber Jiggler, probably from the 70's of a super hero with a snake symbol on his chest. His body is very similar to the superman and batman Ben Cooper Jiggler from the 70's but it is clearly not either of them. I have tried searching all over the internet and cannot seem to find another of of this character.

He is light brown/tan, blue gloves boots and waist area, masked on part of his head, mouth exposed, snake symbol on his chest inside a diamond shape.
