A new discovery of a vintage Rubber Ugly figure and it looks very much like a modification of Basil Wolverton's Carl !!!!!

It could be that TOPPS modified this Carl-Like rubber monster in the likeness of the Wolverton Carl image to avoid copy right issues.

The Underside shows this as traditional finger topper and marked made in "Hong Kong"
