So, there is a really nice series of rubber monsters from what is likely the late 1980's or early 1990's. They don't seem to have any real name but may have been sold as "Excited Monsters."

The molds were originally used in the 1970s for some very poor copies of TOPPS Rubber Ugly pieces. What makes them interesting is the brightly colored rubber, paint highlighter and bold eyes. There are twelve different figures. Each figure is represented in Blue, Green and Yellow bright rubber color. The base color rubber is highlighted with a purple, red, yellow or green dry-brush / air brush paint. They are uncommon to find compared to the ubiquitous TOPPS Rubber Uglies.
