I am pretty staunch about the term Jiggler. To me not every rubber figure should be labeled "Jiggler". Jiggler reffers to only the oily slick rubber figures made by Russ Berrie, RDF, Bell Art or Cal Themes. Jigglers are an older '60s and 70's product. Most were sold in Dimestores or gumball vending machines. There is a vast collection of different wild and wacky Jiggler figures. I like the very alien or bug-like whimsical ones. The Russ Berrie collection seem to be the most popular and rare ones in perfect condition often sell for hundreds of $'s. Much more that I can afford but I really like seeing all the variety that were made.
